We are developing MoSaIC, a new museum that has digital technology at its core. With this, we aim to enable anyone to create virtual exhibition spaces where one brings in his / her unique context by using digitized cultural resources of museums from around the world, and to connect these spaces into a world-wide, virtual universal museum. These virtual exhibition spaces, which place cultural resources in various contexts, stimulate the users' intellectual interests and prompt the understanding of multiple facets of cultural assets. In particular, we are developing a "Catalogue" system that allows the storing and sharing of virtual exhibition spaces and visualization technology of the exhibition spaces.
